Shipping & Delivery

At Sklyr, we are committed to providing clear and transparent information regarding the preparation and delivery of all orders.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared, inspected, and quality-checked before dispatch.

Standard processing time: 24–48 business hours.

During collection launches, promotional events, or periods of exceptionally high demand, processing times may increase to 5–10 business days. Any temporary delays affecting order preparation will be communicated on this page.

Shipping Time

Express Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after dispatch.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Delivery time begins once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Temporary Notice – Orders Placed in May and June 2026

Due to an exceptionally high volume of orders received during May and June 2026, orders placed during this period may have experienced additional processing delays of up to 14 business days beyond our standard processing times.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and greatly appreciate our customers' patience and understanding.

The operational issues that caused these delays have now been resolved. Since July 1, 2026, all new orders have been processed and dispatched according to the standard timeframes stated above.

The backlog of delayed orders from May and June has now been substantially cleared. We expect all remaining affected orders to be dispatched by July 24, 2026, and delivered by approximately July 31, 2026, subject to normal carrier transit times and any unforeseen delays beyond our control.

Customers with affected orders will automatically receive their tracking information as soon as their order has been dispatched.
