Order Status: “Information Received”

If your tracking shows “Information Received”, it means your order has already been prepared and the shipping information has been created in the system.

At this stage, the package is already inside the international shipping process, but the tracking may not show movement immediately.

Why isn’t my tracking updating yet?

For international shipments, tracking updates depend on the shipping carrier, customs process, transit centers, and the destination country.

In many cases, the tracking does not update until the package receives the next scan or reaches another logistics point. This can sometimes take several days.

Please note

It is completely normal for international tracking to remain on “Information Received” for a few days before showing new movement.

This does not mean your order is cancelled or lost. It simply means the shipment is waiting for the next carrier update.

Delivery times

All orders are prepared as quickly as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the usual delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on your country and the local carrier.

During periods of high demand, new collections or promotions, order preparation may take a little longer than usual. While this is not the normal timeframe, in these exceptional periods some orders may take up to 5 to 10 business days to be prepared before shipment.

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping policy

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time through our Track Your Order page.

Please note that for international shipments, tracking updates may take a few days to appear. In some cases, the status may remain as “Information Received” while the carrier completes the first scans or while the package moves through the logistics network.

This does not mean your order is lost or cancelled. It simply means the shipment is waiting for the next carrier update.

Returns & refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless there has been a clear mistake with your order. If you would like to request a return, please contact our support team and we will guide you through the process.
